The Acropolis receives 3 million visitors per year — approximately 8,000 per day in high season, arriving by 10am. The Complete Morning
Collection from your hotel at 7:30am. Site entrance at opening. Two hours on the rock — the Propylaea, the Erechtheion, the Temple of Athena Nike, and the Parthenon itself. Descent to the new Acropolis Museum for the Frieze collection (in situ photographs by your private guide). Breakfast at a café in the Plaka neighbourhood below. Return to hotel by noon.
